Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner on the instruction of the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition on the ground that during the pendency of this Petition, fresh notice has been issued. He states that earlier notice was issued on the basis of a Public Interest Litigation which has been withdrawn. Accordingly, we dispose of this Petition as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Petition challenging the notice issued during the pendency of this Petition.
