Learned counsel for the petitioners on the instructions of the petitioners seeks permission to

ASN 2 WP-3263-15 and ors.(16 to 31) withdraw these petitions on the ground that during the pendency of these petitions, fresh notices have been issued. He states that earlier notices were issued on the basis of a public interest litigation which has been withdrawn. Accordingly, we dispose of these petitions as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petitions challenging the notices issued during the pendency of these petitions. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open.
