Learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the representative of Respondent-Insurance company submitted that the dispute is settled between the parties and they tendered consent terms. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

contents of consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the appellant - original claimant and the representative of Respondent - insurance company as well as by the counsel for appellant. 3.

As per the consent terms, the amount is to be deposited in the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.545 of 2005. The Tribunal shall disburse the said amount in terms of the consent terms to the appellant. 4.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Decree be drawn up accordingly. 5.

In view of the disposal of appeal, pending civil applications are rendered infructuous and the same are accordingly disposed of.
