The purpose of these Petitions shall stand served by issuing necessary direction to Respondent No.5 in light of the judgment of this Court dated 10/7/2019 rendered in the case of Rajendra Ram Pawar v. The State of Maharashtra in Civil Writ Petition No.10579/2013 and in the case of Ashish Hanmantrao Rathod v. The State of Maharashtra in Civil Writ Petition No.10582/2015.

Accordingly, we direct Respondent No.5 to decide the proposal sent by Respondent No.6-Educational Institution and Respondent No.7-Secondary School in accordance with law as early as possible and preferably within 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the order.

We further direct that in case approval to the appointment of the Petitioners is granted, we direct Respondent No.4 to allot Shalarth ID to them without any further delay. 6.
