A Judge Mediator at District Mediation Centre, Satara was appointed as a Mediator in both the appeals by an order dated 5th July, 2019.

The parties are before the Court. I have verified the consent terms as regards settlement arrived at between the parties. The consent terms dated 31.08.2019 are taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The consent terms are signed by the respective parties and the respective counsel for the appellant and the respondent. 5.

It is made clear that the consent terms are accepted only in respect of recitals in paragraph nos. 1 to 10. Paragraph no.11 does not and cannot be a part of the consent terms and, therefore, that part should not be considered while drawing the consent decree. 6.

In view of the recitals of the consent terms, both the appeals stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.

A consent decree be drawn accordingly, 8.

In view of the disposal of the appeals, pending applications stand disposed of.
