We direct Respondent No.5 to decide the proposal dated 10 May 2018 sent by the management seeking individual approval to the appointment of the Petitioner to the post of Shikshan Sevak in accordance with law with applicable G.Rs. at the earliest and in any case, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.

However, in case, approval is granted, the name of the Petitioner shall be entered in Shalarth system and by allotting Shalarth ID, 1 / 2 Digitally signed by SANSKRUTI A THAKUR Date:
