This is an application for anticipatory bail in connection with C.R.No.326 of 2019, registered with Atpadi Police Station, District-Sangli, for the ofences punishable under Sections 326, 324, 323, 504 and 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code ("IPC", for short). First Information Report ("FIR", for short) was lodged on 14th December, 2019.

The complainant's case is that the accused are distantly related to the complainant. She has agricultural land,

On 14th December, 2019, when the complainant and her sister-in-law were present in the farm, the cattle entered into the land of the accused. Applicant nos.1 and 2 assaulted them. Applicant no.1 had used handle of spade and accused no.2 assaulted by fst blows. Learned APP produced the injury certifcate, which indicate that the complainant had sustained simple injury and the other injured had sustained blunt trauma on forearm. It is also simple in nature. No injury was seen on the person of the third injured. In the light of the aforesaid circumstances, custodial interrogation of the applicants is not necessary and protection can be granted to the applicants on certain terms and conditions. Hence, I pass the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application No.73 of 2020, is allowed;

(ii) In the event of arrest of Applicants in connection with C.R.No.326 of 2019, registered

rpa 3/3 923-aba-73-2020.doc with Atpadi Police Station, District-Sangli, they be released on bail on their executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/-, each, with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) Applicants shall attend the investigating oficer on 15th February, 2020, between 11:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m., and, thereafter, as and when called for;

(iv) Applicants shall not threaten the witnesses and shall not tamper with the evidence;

(v) Anticipatory Bail Application stands disposed of. (PRAKASH D. NAIK, J.)
