P.C.:­ In pursuance to Order dated 10th July, 2019, the Superintendent of Police, Kolhapur has deputed Mr. Dada K. Pawar, PSI along with the record of CR. No. 162 of 2015. The learned AGP, on instructions submitted that, in furtherance of observations made by this Court on earlier occasion, the provisions of Maharashtra Public Records Act, 2005 have been added to the said crime and a supplementary charge­sheet under Section 173 (8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed on 1/2

ssm 2 4-wp413.14.doc 15th July, 2019 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Court No. 6, Kolhapur. A photocopy of the supplementary charge­ sheet is produced on record.
