Order was passed on 16 July 2014 and the application is kept pending only to ensure that the respondent deposits the amount. It appears that the respondent has deposited the amount of Rs.4,47,948/­. The learned counsel for the applicant states that the applicant may be permitted to withdraw the amount and the amount deposited is not correct. By order dated 9 January 2015, the amount was directed to be invested in Nationalized Bank and, accordingly, the 1/3

amount is already invested for a period of 3 years, as per the noting of the registry. If the applicant, therefore, desires to press his request as noted above, he will have to take out a separate application in that regard.
