Respondent No.2 - Divisional Commissioner, is present before us through Video Conferencing. We are not at all satisfied with the explanation given by him for not complying with our Order dated 3rd August, 2021. However, only because Respondent No.2 states that he will comply with the Order dated 3rd August, 2021 by commencing hearing on and from 19th January, 2022, we accept his statement and direct him to comply with the said Order within a period of four weeks from today. It is clarified that no further extension shall be granted. 2.
