This is an application for restoration of the Writ Petition No. 3532 of 2018 which was dismissed for non compliance of Order dated 26th November 2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I). There is a delay of 27 days in filing the present application.

Sufficient cause for condonation of the said delay has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned.

In view of the above, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b).

The applicants are directed to remove office objections, to comply Order dated 26th November 2018 within a period of three weeks 1/2
