CIVIL APPLICATION NO.1729 OF 2018 The claimants seek leave to withdraw the amount of compensation as deposited by the State Government. Perused the impugned judgment. The claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation as deposited. The claimants shall file an undertaking within eight weeks from today stating therein that in case the appeal is allowed, the amount which is withdrawn shall be re­deposited with interest at such Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2
