The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has submitted that the Petitioners case is covered and governed by order passed by this Court on 26.08.2013 in Writ Petition No. 6089/2013 - Ranjana Namdeo Kale and ors vs. The State of Maharashtra and ors.

dgm 2 920-wp-922-2014.sxw The Petitioners have also made specific averments of similar nature which entitles the Petitioners for same relief as granted in those matters.

The learned AGP appearing for the Respondents concedes to the position that the Petitioners case is governed by the judgment/order so passed in every aspect. Therefore, we are inclined to dispose of the present Petition, for same reason, in terms of prayer (c ). Order accordingly. However, considering the submission that some of the Petitioners are retiring, it is desirable that the Respondents to consider the same as early as possible and preferably within four months.
