This order is passed after hearing the learned AGP for the State and the learned counsel for the petitioner. In paragraph 6 of the 2/7
said order, it is substituted as under :
"6.
The Deputy Director shall allot Shalarth ID to the petitioners and grant permission to the Education Officer to record the names of the petitioners in Shalarth Pranali within 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order."

The order dated 8th October, 2021 stands corrected accordingly. The praecipe is disposed of.

After carrying out corrections, order dated 8th October, 2021 reads thus :

Rule.
By consent of the parties, taken up for final hearing.
The learned counsel for the Respondents waive service.
Mr. Bhavke, the learned counsel for the Petitioners tenders a copy of the order passed by the Education Officer in all these matters and submit that during pendency of these petitions, the Education Officer has granted approval to the appointment of the Petitioners on the respective posts. Copies of the orders are taken on record. The Management is accordingly directed to submit the pay bills in respect of these petitioners to the Education Department within two weeks from the date of communication of the order.
The Deputy Director shall allot Shalarth ID to the petitioners and grant permission to the Education Officer to record the names of the petitioners in Shalarth Pranali within 4 weeks from the date of communication of this order."
The Education Officer shall release the requisite amount payable to the Management in respect of the payment entitled to these petitioners, within 4 weeks from today.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
The Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the order granting approval by the Education Officer.
The parties to act on an authenticated copy of this order.
