The learned Advocate appearing for respective parties submit that Special Civil Suit No.385 of 2021 pending before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli has progressed during pendency of this petition and reached to advanced stage. The evidence of plaintiff is already closed and matter is at the stage of recording evidence of defendant.

In light of aforesaid development, without delving into merits of contentions of parties, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 3.

The learned Civil Judge, Senior Division shall endeavour to dispose of suit within a period of six months from today. Parties to cooperate for early disposal of suit.
