5.revn93.1997.doc The original complainant Dnyandeo has filed this Revision Application, thereby challenging the acquittal of the original accused Nos. 4, 5 and 6 in Sessions Case No. 186 of 1991 and the inadequate sentence imposed upon the accused Nos. 1, 2 and 3 seeking remand of the matter to the trial court for fresh consideration. In view of dismissal of the substantive appeals filed by the State i.e. Criminal Appeal Nos. 575 of 1998 and 576 of 1998, no orders are necessary in the present revision Application. The Revision Application is dismissed and disposed of accordingly.
