1) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP. Perused papers of investigation. In the order dated 15/01/2015, this Court had specifically recorded the reasons for granting interim relief in favour of the applicant. This Court had had observed that applicant was present at the time of alleged incident dated 13/04/2010 by virtue of his being a reporter of Dainik Tarun Bharat. Papers of Investigation also corroborate the same and in view of the observations recorded by this Court in the order dated 15/01/2015, interim relief granted in favour of the applicant is made absolute.

O R D E R

(i) In the event of arrest, applicant be enlarged on bail on furnishing ism

2 5.66.15 aba P. R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- and one or two sureties in the like amount.

(ii) Applicant shall report to the Investigating Officer as and when called and co-operate with the investigating agency to the best of his capacity.

(iii) Application stands disposed of.
