Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellant would submit that regardless of prayers made in Application, the relief sought is for enhancement of claim in First Appeal.

For the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed. The Appellant is permitted to enhance the claim in the present Appeal upon payment of necessary Court fees. Amendment to be carried out within a period of 4 weeks from today subject to payment of necessary Court fees.
