The Application is taken out for withdrawal of the amount of back wages deposited. Reply affidavit has been filed. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The Applicant is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by Respondent No.1 pursuant to the order dated 24 April 2013 by furnishing appropriate solvent surety to the satisfaction of the registry within 12 weeks. Before the amount is disbursed by the registry, the registry will permit Respondent No.1 to take inspection of the papers submitted by the Applicant. Civil application is disposed of.
