By this application, the applicant seeks recall of the order of this court dated 1/12/2014 dismissing Criminal Application No. 917 of 2014 for want of prosecution. It appears that none had appeared on behalf of the applicant on 3/11/2014 and on 1/12/2014 and, therefore, this court had dismissed the aforesaid application by its order dated 1/12/2014.

appa-52-15 We have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP and for the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed and order dated 1/12/2014 is recalled and Criminal Application No. 917 of 2014 is restored to file.
