By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay in filing the application for restoration and also sought restoration of the First Appeal (Stamp) No.35755 of 2016, which was dismissed for non compliance of order dated 13/04/2017. By order dated 13/04/2017, four weeks' time was granted to the applicant to remove office objections. The applicant was put to notice that the registration of the Appeal would stand refused Rekha Patil

09-CAF-2079-2018.doc without further reference to the Court, in the event, the office objections were not removed within the stipulated time. Non compliance of the said condition has resulted in refusal of registration.

The learned Counsel for the applicant undertakes to remove the office objections within a period of two weeks. In the light of the said statement and also in view of the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned.

The Appeal is ordered to be registered after removal of office objections. The applicant to pay costs of Rs.4000/­ to the Maharashtra State Legal Service Authorities.

It is made clear that, in the event, the office objection not removed within two weeks, the appeal shall be dismissed without further reference to the Court.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
