However, it is stated that the Order of the Tribunal dated 14 December 2022 may be set aside only to the extent of imposition of costs of Rs.25,000/-, which was imposed on the Petitioner herein, who was the Respondent in Original Application before the Tribunal. Having considered the entire matter, we are of the opinion that the costs imposed upon the Petitioner would not be necessary and the Order to that extent shall stand modifed.
