This Petition is filed challenging order dated 11 October 2017 passed by Member, Industrial Court, Sangli allowing the application for interim relief at Exhibit-U2. By which the Petitioner-Society is directed to pay the subsistence allowance to the complainant as directed in the order. The Petition is pending since the year 2018. The Petition has not been pressed even once since its filing. On 1 February 2024 leave was sought to amend the Petition. Though the leave was granted it does not appear that the Petition is amended. It appears that Petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present Petition in which merely an interim order passed eight years ago is challenged.
