Learned counsel for respondent submits that main divorce proceedings have been disposed of on 7th July 2020. She has placed on record the case status of the divorce petition. Present petition arises out of the maintenance in the main divorce proceedings. Learned counsel for the respondent therefore submits that this petition is rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.
