The above Interim Application is filed seeking a condonation of delay of 25 days in filing the above Family Court Appeal. 2.

When the matter is called out, none appears on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant. The Respondent is represented by an Advocate December 21, 2023 Shraddha Talekar, PS

37-IA-2264-2023 FCA-2264-2023.doc today. We have gone through the Interim Application. Though none have appeared on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant, we are satisfied that a case is made out in the Interim Application for condoning the delay of 25 days.

In these circumstances, the above Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read thus:- "(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone delay of 25 days in filing present appeal.

(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the registry of this hon'ble Court to number the Appeal and place for admission."

It is clarified that the above Appeal shall be numbered subject to the Appellant removing any other office objections. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 6.
