By the present application, the legal heirs of respondent No.3 are sought to be brought on record in the wake of his demise on 23/02/2020. In the application it is stated that as soon as the applicants gained knowledge about his death in June 2020, after collecting the death certifcate, the application has been fled on 11/01/2021.

On hearing the learned counsel for the applicants, the application deserves to be allowed and it is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clause (b).

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week from today.

Upon the amendment being carried out, issue notice to the newly added respondents, making it returnable on 02/05/2022.
