Considering the averments made in the application dated 15th September, 2018 which are extremely vague, the Applicant, should satisfy that the Chairman of M.A.C.P. has permitted the Applicant to withdraw at least Rs. 50,000/­ based upon the vague reasons stated. The M.A.C.P. would have been justified in not permitting any withdrawal.

Accordingly, there is no case made out to interfere with the impugned order.

This Petition is therefore dismissed.
