Mr. Shah, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, submits that, after filing the writ petition, certain developments have taken place, and therefore, this application is moved for amendment of the writ petition. 2.

Heard. Application for leave to amend is granted without prejudice to the contentions of the respective respondents. Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. After carrying out the amendment, amended petition be placed on record and copies of the amended petition be served on the learned APP appearing for the respondents-State. Liberty is granted to mention the matter thereafter.
