The matter was argued for some time. Apart from the merits it is pointed out by learned APP that there are several criminal antecedents reported against the applicant at Beed. This aspect regarding criminal antecedents will be considered when the application is filed a fresh as learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to file a fresh application after one year.
