The learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioner, on instructions, states that the Petitioner has already received a proposal from the Municipal Corporation to provide TDR to them in lieu of compensation of land which is proposed to be acquired for garden. He tenders a copy of the said proposal, which is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The learned Advocate appearing for the Municipal Corporation confirms having forwarded the proposal marked 'X'to the Petitioner. 3.

In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner states that his client is willing to accept the TDR in lieu of the land proposed to be acquired for garden purpose.

The Contempt Petition is therefore, disposed off with liberty to file a fresh Contempt Petition if required.
