The petitioners are original defendants against whom the Trial Court passed an order of injunction restraining them from disturbing plaintiffs alleged right of way over the suit property. The order of injunction passed by the Trial Court is dated 10th August 2020. Since then the order is in force. Hence, no interference at this stage called is called for.

However, the Trial Court shall decide the suit uninfluenced by the observations made in the impugned order. With this clarification, the petition is disposed of.

Hearing of the suit is expedited.
