This application is for cancellation of bail granted by the Additional Sessions Judge, Malshiras dated 23.10.2019. This application was filed in the year 2021 and since then no steps were taken to get the matter listed before this Court. 2.

After going through the reasons recorded by the trial Court while granting Anticipatory Bail, it is evident that the ultimate conclusion arrived at is just and proper.

Furthermore, considering the time period lapsed in between and the fact that no case is made out for cancellation of bail, I am of the opinion that there is no merit in this case. Accordingly, it is rejected.
