The applicant was directed to be released on bail by order dated 28th August 2017 passed by this Court in Bail Application No.1212 of 2017. While granting bail, it was directed that the applicants shall not enter village Shetfal, Taluka Mohol, Dist.Solapur till the disposal of the case.

It is contended that the applicant has complied the condition imposed by the Court while granting bail, since then he had not entered into the aforesaid area. The mother of the applicant is ill and he has not met her since long. He also pointed out that the other accused had preferred an application for relaxation of similar condition and the condition was relaxed vide order dated 24th Sajakali Jamadar
2 of 2 904-APPP46-BA-1212-17.doc October, 2018 in respect to accused Pratap Bhange. It is also pointed out that the other accused Shivaji Wagaj had also applied for relaxation of the condition by order dated 7th December, 2018. The condition was relaxed by this Court and he was directed to report Mohol Taluka Police Station.

Learned APP on instructions submitted that the Trial has already commenced and about two witnesses have been examined. 4.
Taking into consideration the aforesaid circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court while granting bail directing the applicant not to enter Village Shetphal, Taluka Mohol, Dist. Solapur can be relaxes.

Hence, the order as follows:
O R D E R
1.
Order dated 28th August 2017 with regards condition of not to enter Village Shethphal Taluka Mohol Dist. Solapur is modified and the said condition stands relaxed. The applicant shall however attend the Trial Court on every date of hearing. 2.
Application stands disposed of.
