Perused the impugned Order dated 22nd December, 2021 passed by the Additional Collector, Satara. Admittedly, the Appeal lies before the Divisional Commissioner, Satara from the impugned Order. In view thereof, the following order is passed :

(i) The Petitioner shall file an Appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Satara alongwith the stay application within a period of one week from today. The application shall be disposed off by the Divisional Commissioner, Satara within a period of one week from the date of such application being filed. (ii) The Appeal shall be finally heard and disposed off within a period of four weeks

(iii) The order granting protection i.e. not to handover possession of the subject premises to the successful bidder shall continue until the said application is heard by the Divisional Commissioner, Satara and after a period of one week thereafter if the order passed is against the Petitioner.
