Heard Mr. Deshmukh, learned Advocate appearing for the Applicants. The impugned judgment and decree of the learned first appellate Court is dated 5th March 2020. The present second appeal has been lodged on 31st December 2020. In view of Covid pandemic, the Supreme Court has suspended the limitation period w.e.f. 15th March 2020 to 28th February 2022. In view of this, there is no delay in filing the Second Appeal. Interim application is allowed and disposed of.
