The Applicant, apprehending arrest, in connection with investigation of Crime No.1093/2021 of Police Station Karmala, Solapur Rural, under Section 326, 327, 324, 504, 506, 143, 147, 148 and 149 of IPC, is seeking anticipatory bail. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the parties. Perused FIR and the injury certificate.

The record discloses that on 14 January 2022, interim protection was granted to the Applicant, interalia on the Mamta Kale page 1 of 2

22-aba-96-2022.doc condition of attendance with the concerned Police Station. It is undisputed that the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and has cooperated with the investigation. The injury certificate shows that the injuries sustained by the informant are simple injuries.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that there is cross FIR filed by the informant.

Be that as it may, in the circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of in terms of the order dated 14 January 2022, which is hereby made absolute.
