This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal, challenging the judgment and order dated 22nd August 2016 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara in Spl. (Child) Sessions Case No. 22 of 2013. For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3 and 4, the delay of 20 days deserves to be condoned in the interest of justice. Hence, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and stands disposed off.
