Perused the affidavit of Shri Rajaram Mane, the District Collector, Kolhapur. A copy of the order dated 1st April 2015 passed by the Additional Collector, Kolhapur is annexed to the said affidavit. The learned counsel for the petitioner confirms that the said order has been passed by the Additional Collector. Though belatedly, compliance has been made with the order dated 10th April 2013 passed by this Court. The Collector has tendered unconditional apology for the delay.

In view of the apology and belated compliance, it is not necessary to take further steps in the matter. Accordingly, Contempt Petition is disposed of. Notice issued on 10th February 2015 is hereby discharged.
