The prisoner has sought parole on the ground of need of surgery of his mother. Earlier the petition filed by him vide WP No. 5306 of 2018 was disposed on 17/7/2019.

The verification report looked into in the impugned order shows that his father and his brother are looking after his mother. In addition there is sister, sister's husband and also wife of the present petitioner.

We therefore, find the present petition to be misconceived and roving effort. It is therefore, dismissed with a warning that if in future such frivolous petition is found to be moved, the Court will pass suitable orders against the prisoner. nilegaonkar 1/2
