Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

This is an application for condonation of delay of 85 days in filing the Second Appeal against the judgment and order dated 18 July 2017 passed by the learned District Judge, Ratnagiri, in Civil Appeal No.43 of 2015. 3.

An affidavit in reply has been filed on behalf of the Respondent opposing the prayer for condonation of delay. 4.

I have perused the averments in the application. For the reasons assigned in the application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, SSP 1/2

Second Appeal be registered.

Civil Application stands disposed.

Interim protection granted in WP No.8285 of 2015 shall continue to operate till the next date.
