Perused the letter dated 12th October, 2015, addressed by the learned Ad-hoc District Judge-I and Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur. The learned Judge has sought extension of time of six months to decide Sessions Case No. 191 of 2014.

For the reasons set out in the said letter dated 12th October, 2015, time is extended by a period of six months for deciding Sessions Case No. 191 of 2014.
