After arguing for some time, when I expressed my disinclination to grant relief in this application, the learned Counsel for the applicant prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application. His only prayer was that the applicant is to appear for his examination on 22nd February 2021 and 1st March 2021. He submitted that at least till such dates, he may be protected so that he can appear for his examination. He submitted that, he is already granted interim protection since January 2020. 2.

This request appears to be reasonable. The applicant is Manjusha

10. 1 ABA 131-2020.odt on interim protection since January 2020. He is due to appear for his examinations on the above mentioned dates. Therefore, I am inclined to extend the interim relief granted to the present applicant till his examination is over.

Hence, the following order.

ORDER

(i) The application is dismissed as withdrawn.

(ii) Interim protection granted to the applicant earlier is extended up to 4th March 2021.

(iii) The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station on 24th and 25th February 2021 to mark his presence.

(iv) Application is disposed of.
