This is an application for restoration of Bail Application No.1164 of 2018, which was dismissed for non prosecution on 1112-2018. This application was preferred on 9-1-2019. The application for restoration has been pending since then. The applicant is in custody since the date of his arrest. Hence, in the interest of justice, Bail Application No.1164 of 2018 is required to be restored.

Accordingly, Criminal Application No.54 of 2019 is allowed and disposed of and Bail Application No.1164 of 2018 is restored to file.
