The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by the said order, the respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, was directed to dispose of the petitioners' proposals at Exhibits "H", "K" "L" & "M". However, inadvertently, Exhibit "H" remained to be transcribed in the said order. In that view of the matter, in 1st para, 5th line, after the word

Mhi WP-1302-15.doc `Exhibits' and before the alphabet "K", alphabet "H" is inserted. The order stands corrected accordingly.
