Learned APP for the Respondent-State submitted that recently the provisions of the Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act, 1999 (Mah.Act No.XXX of 1999) ["MCOC Act"] are invoked and the approval is granted by the Special Inspector General of Police, Kolhapur Range on 9th January, 2023. Its copy is placed on record. (Annexure - X). 2.

In view of the above, learned Advocate for the Applicants seeks liberty to withdraw the Application and he intends to challenge the approval and invocation of MCOC Act.
