During the course of hearing, the learned Counsel for the applicant pointed out an application dated 17/12/2016 submitted to the Chief Conservator of Forest, Kolhapur, which is Annexure 'E' to the application at page 316 of the paper-book. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that this application is not yet decided by the Chief Conservator of Forest, Gaikwad RD 1/2
(13)APLNo.472018.doc Kolhapur and purpose of the applicant would be served if the Chief Conservator of Forest, Kolhapur is directed to decide the application dated 17/12/2016 (Annexure 'E' page 316 of the Paper-book) within a prescribed time frame.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that he has not received any instructions in that regard. In this view of the matter, the petition is disposed of by directing the Chief Conservator of Forest, Kolhapur to decide the application dated 17/12/2016 for release of Skoda Fabia Classic 1.2 MPI (51 KW Pet) four wheeler vehicle within a period of two months from the date of the communication of the Order of this Court.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
