We are inclined to dispose of the present Petition by directing Respondent No.1Education Officer to take decision on the Applications/Representations of the Petitioners for approval on the respective posts which are stated to be vacant since long and also for the reason that they are in service for more than seven years on the posts in question.
We have noted that there is no reason provided for not granting approval to the Petitioners except by giving justification in 1/2
dgm 2 64-wp-1623-14.sxw the reply for the first time. Therefore, in the interest of justice, we are inclined to direct Respondent No.1 to take decision on the approval of the Petitioners as early as possible preferably within eight weeks.
The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms, with liberty. No costs.
