Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners pointed out that though belatedly, compliance has been made with the Judgment and Order
3/3 dated 13th December, 2013 by making payment of interest at the rate of 8.25% per annum.

In view of the belated compliance, it cannot be said that there is any deliberate or willful breach of the Judgment and Order of this Court by the fourth and fifth respondents.

Therefore, there is no reason to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.

The petitions are accordingly disposed of.
