Heard learned Counsel for the Applicant.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that Respondents are duly served by private notice along with entire proceedings. He undertakes to fle Afdavit of Service to that efect on or before 25th January, 2021. Same is accepted.

By this Interim Application, the Applicant seeks to fi peremptory 1 / 2

6-ia-75-2021.doc date of hearing in Writ Petition No.11385 of 2012 and also seeking other reliefs.

During the course of argument learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that at present he applies for prayer clause (a) of the present Interim Application. Same is accepted.

Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the Applicant and submission made in the Interim Application, we are satisfy that the Applicant has made out case for grant of prayer clause (a) of the Interim Application. Hence the following order:- (a) Hearing the Writ Petition No.11385 of 2012 is eipedited. (b) The Registry is directed to place the Writ Petition for fnal hearing in weekly board as per its turn.

(c) Learned Counsel for the Applicant is directed to supply copy of this order to the Advocate for the Respondent. (d) Interim Application is disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
