Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the Divisional Police Complaints Authority. It appears that the petitioner has already filed their complaint before the Divisional Police Complaints Authority on 1st November, 2019. The said complaint is at 'Exhibit-I' at page 83 of the petition.

Since the petitioner has availed of the remedy, we permit the petitioner to withdraw the aforesaid petition with liberty to pursue before the Divisional Police Complaints Authority. 3.

The petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty as prayed.

We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the petition and as such, all contentions of all parties are kept open. 5.

The complaint made before the Divisional Police Complaints Authority is expedited.

6.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
